  • Eloine is a low-dose combined oral contraceptive primarily used to prevent pregnancy. It can also help regulate periods, reduce menstrual cramps and improve skin clarity in some users.

  • Take one pill at the same time each day, following the order on the pack. Each strip contains 28 pills—24 active and four inactive.

  • If you miss one active pill, take it as soon as you remember and continue as normal. Missing more than one may reduce its effectiveness, so check the leaflet or consult us.

  • Yes, some users notice clearer skin while taking Eloine, as the hormones can help control oil production and reduce breakouts.

  • Weight changes are uncommon, but a few people may notice minor fluctuations. Most users do not experience significant weight gain or loss.

  • Eloine may not be right for those with certain medical conditions like blood clots or liver disease. Always consult us before starting.

  • It’s generally not recommended during breastfeeding, as it may affect milk supply. We can advise on safer alternatives.

  • Mild side effects such as nausea or mood changes often settle after a few weeks. If symptoms persist or worsen, speak to us.

  • No break is needed. After finishing one pack, start the next the following day, even if you're still bleeding.

  • When taken correctly, Eloine is over 99% effective. Missing pills, vomiting or severe diarrhoea can reduce its reliability.
